Group nutrition presentations are available for teams, work groups, and school groups. Presentations can be individualized to meet your group's specific needs. Single presentations or a series of presentations can be arranged.

How Can Nutrition Counselling Help You?


Registered Dietitians are health professionals who are trained to provide evidence-based advice and counselling around food, nutrition, and health. Dietitians help people to make mindful food choices, meet health and performance goals, and translate nutrition science into practical recommendations.

 As a Dietitian, I will provide you with the tools to attain proper nutrition. I will help empower you to strive for the best version of yourself. My philosophy is that no goal is too far out of reach so long as you engage it with tenacity.

Marathon in the City


"Having completed 11 marathons and consistently hitting the wall at 32kms, it was demoralizing to see my dreams of qualifying for the Boston Marathon fade.  In January of 2019, I contacted Kara to seek her advice on my nutrition, food choices, and weight.  Kara provided a nutrition plan which significantly improved my fitness and training.  Since adopting Kara’s nutrition plan, I have run 4 marathons in which my times have improved by over 30 minutes and I’ve avoided hitting the dreaded wall. With Kara’s incredible understanding of how nutrition affects human performance, I finally earned my Boston Marathon medal on September 5th, 2020.
